I have been a client of The Fortune Group for over 20 years and currently we have been using Fortune's leadership program to assist our Franchisees in growing their business.

Having the material in DVD/Video format means that we can easily go over any leadership area with a team or with an individual leader. The flexibility means individual managers can review those techniques that are of personal interest to them and their situation over and over again.

 

The Fortune Group's ‘Facilitator Training Process’ has meant we can provide training continually in bite sized segments so that participants can spend time in discussing and understanding why, how, when, where and with whom they can use the approach or technique.

 

Recently, everyone of our franchise managers were given the task to go over the major mistakes managers make and many used the CD to listen while driving to and from work as well as when driving to customers. This helped tremendously in allowing for individual self paced learning.
