The answer to that question is found in the research that each person has a unique social style.  This style influences how they communicate and whom they will find most easy and most difficult to relate with.   When aware of the needs and expectations of our own and other’s styles, the stress of misunderstandings and broken relationships is reduced and the capacity to effectively communicate, sell and manage is strengthened.
