OVERVIEW The main idea in this program is that each individual has unique style that creates a comfort zone of communication. These communication patterns are represented in a model that describes four major styles or value systems. People exhibit certain behaviors that give us insight into their particular style and how to best relate to them. Once people have insight into their own style and the style of others, they can plan for how to best communicate with that individual. The goal is to develop the value for all of the different styles and the sensitivity to each other's unique communication patterns and strengths.
